The data controller is the President of the Association.

The purpose of the data processing is to properly manage the relationship with members and users, as well as to fulfill the Association’s objectives, including the provision of requested services. Data will not be disclosed to third parties except when legally required or when strictly necessary for the purposes mentioned.

ICATC will not create automated profiles or make decisions based solely on automated data processing. Likewise, ICATC will rectify or delete any data that proves to be inaccurate, incomplete, or no longer necessary for the intended purpose, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information and agree to notify any changes. In the absence of such communication, it will be understood that the data has not been modified and that the user consents to its use for the purposes described above.

If a satisfactory response is not received within one month, a complaint may be filed with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

ICATC has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, in compliance with current data protection regulations.
