About me
I am a consultant psychiatrist in general adult & addictions psychiatry, now in independent practice, in Marylebone, London. Following my Catholic conversion (2012) I almost joined a contemplative monastic order, but eventually I was drawn back to my clinical work. Nevertheless the contemplative journey informs my approach to suffering and distress, and living something of that life is essential for my own sanity.
